OUR PROCESS
01.
Initial meeting
Our estimator (Martin) will arrive on time and on the agreed-upon date to discuss the project requirements with you and to conduct an initial survey of the site.
02.
Preparing the quote
Based on our conversation with you and the results of the initial survey, we prepare a quote and send it to you – usually via email or post. (Please allow a couple of weeks as this process can take time)
03.
Follow-up
We will contact you in order to determine whether you have received the quote and if it meets with your expectations. If you are satisfied with the quote, a contract will be issued and a start date will be agreed.
04.
Work begins
We will contact you a few days before the scheduled start date to confirm the time and date. Typically, the first step is to prep the site. It is likely that all of your personal belongings from the site have already been removed.
06.
Finishing
As the project nears completion, any snagging will be completed as needed. Once the work is completed and you are satisfied with the outcome, the final payment will be collected.
05.
Progress
Our project manager will be on site on a regular basis, checking on progress and discussing any questions or issues that may arise with you – ensuring that we are following your vision exactly as you have specified it in your specifications. Stage payments will be collected in accordance with the terms of the original quotation.
07.
Feedback
Our ultimate goal is to have a satisfied customer, so if there is anything we can do to improve, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know. We are well aware that good references are critical to the success of our business.
